Pre-Construction Services

Design/Build

While other delivery methods require the owner to contract separately with an architect and contractor, design/build ties all elements together and relies on the roles, relationships and responsibilities of every participant.

In addition to the dedicated design/build group, much of J.R. Prisco’s multi-disciplined staff is immediately available for the planning and permitting phases of a project.
